6. Shropdog, I have a 2012 F650GS with factory low suspension. I'm not sure about your first 2 questions. But regarding your question #3, the low suspension model comes with a lowered seat. To make the seat lower they just cut out some of the padding so the seat is not only uncomfortable it causes you to slide forward.
We never had an issue relating to this, but the Twin's got a better capacity, in my opinion, at just over 3 liters, and there's no separate oil tank to worry about - the oil's all in the crankcase. "The motorcycle, being poorly designed for both flight and marine operation, sustained significant external and internal damage," police noted.

Fork oil volume - R100RT. Anyone know the proper per-leg volume of fork oil for a 1984 R100RT? My owner's manual says 210 cc per leg - I drained something in excess of 300cc per leg, which could be PO error, but the bike hadn't exhibited any signs of overfilling. Thanks - Brian. 02-14-2008, 12:48 PM #2. 20774.

Each F650GS fork leg has a capacity of 530 ml and uses SAE 7.5 weight oil. Ok, I guess I should be more specific, 2010 F800gs.

Below you can find a equivalence suspension oil chart (both for motorcycle and bicycle) where you can easily choose the closest oil to the original one. Oils are sorted by Viscosity. SAE range is only shown for your reference. If you can’t find the same viscosity as your original oil has, choose one with a difference of +/- 5cst.
