🌊 Huawei P9 Lite Google Play Store Not Working

I can't open the play store after it's downloaded from huawei store. It just flashes then gone. Tried to give it full permission , uninstalled and restarted the phone a few times, but still the same problem. In huawei store, it says play store needs to be installed as system app, but I can't seem to figure out how to do so. Please help. Thx.
