In Registry Editor, go to My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHI. NE\SOFTWARE\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2 and change the key that says g_RacingResolution. 0 = 640x480. 1 = 800x600. 2 = 1024x768.police presence from game to game. re: changing car color. You need to go to the graphics shop. If you havnt found it on your map yet its red or yellow (Cant remember which one) so look around ya city for the red or yellow light
